Week in Action - April 23

Ms. Sarita and Ms. Kathy's class explored the different echinoderms and crustaceans this week. The class enjoyed working on a special shark project with Ms. Kathy. Students have also been studying about the characteristics of different dinosaurs and their habitat.

Ms. Kim and Ms. Naomi's class added a few new animals to their Coral Reef project. They are learning about types of fish and of course the Sharks are the favorite!! Next week they will focus on the Mollusks. The class watched the movie 'Oceans' this week and the children were fascinated to see the movement and the eating habits of the animals they are learning about. The children also shared all of the things they are learning at home about the Coral Reef. 

Ms. Andrea and Ms. Cristina's class continued their study of Africa.They also continued their study of fruits and vegetable. The students learned about different types of vegetable and where they come from. They looked at the life cycle of a chicken as they continued their study of farms.
